All stones can be crushed, but it is recommended to crush stones with low hardness, Mohs hardness below 5 and compressive strength below 350MPa. When crushing high-hardness stones such as river pebbles and granite, the wear of the hammer head and the impact plate will increase significantly, and the production cost will increase.

What can this machine do?

The feed size and discharge size are related to the equipment model. The larger the equipment model, the larger the input size and output size.

• There are many options based on production capacity, ranging from 50 tons/hr to 500 tons/hr

  Impact plate: Mn18Cr2
  Liner Plate: Mn13
• Equipped with hydraulic device, the equipment cavity can be easily opened to replace wearing parts.
• The output size can be changed by adjusting the gap between the impact plate and the rotor.
• The output shape is close to spherical, without flaky shape, meeting high standards of concrete requirements
