You can make a lot of money if you are bold

Vietnam’s GDP growth rate is very fast and there are many opportunities. Vietnam and China are very similar, both are socialist countries. Moreover, the northern part of Vietnam borders China’s Guangxi Province, and the Friendship Pass Port connects the businesses of the two countries. We have always had a good market in Vietnam.

Our client faced three huge problems:

  1. He had never done international trade, nor had he purchased equipment from China. He even knew nothing about our factory. He was worried about being cheated;
  2. The stone was hard, it was mountain stone, not granite, but it was very hard, so the durability requirements for the crusher were higher;
  3. The project was a high-standard highway, and his downstream concrete mixing station had very high requirements for gravel and sand, which must be spherical, not needle-shaped or flaky. If the requirements were not met, the gravel and sand could not be sold.

How we solved it:

  1. In fact, most customers have never done international trade. They have to pay hundreds of thousands of US dollars to an unfamiliar Chinese factory, and they have to pay 100% of the full amount before the factory will ship. It is normal for customers to have concerns, and what we WELLINE have to do is to dispel their concerns.
    (1) We have an office in Vietnam. Amei is Vietnamese. She has worked for our company for two years and is very familiar with our factory. So she communicated with customers many times and went to the customer’s quarry to design and plan, so that customers can trust us.
    (2) Our Chinese factory has made videos many times to show customers our factory, the equipment we are producing, and a real factory.
    (3) For payment methods, customers and us found Vietnam’s Hoa Phat Group. Hoa Phat Group purchased from our company and then sold it to customers. Through the guarantee of Hoa Phat Company, the safety of customers’ funds is guaranteed.
  2. The stone is hard. This problem is the simplest for us. When the stone is very hard, then jaw crushers and cone crushers are the best choices. They are sturdy and durable, and the wearing parts need to be replaced only after a long time.
  3. High-standard gravel and sand requirements. In China, our VSI crusher is suitable for high-standard concrete requirements. The highway near our factory is built with gravel and sand crushed by our crusher, so we are very confident.
    (1) We prepared detailed Vietnamese materials for customers and explained the working principle of this equipment in detail.
    (2) We went to the customer’s site in China and made a video call with him, so that the customer could see the gravel and sand crushed by this equipment through the video and let the customer see the effect of use.
    (3) Invite customers to visit China and see the effect of VSI crusher in person.

Customer requirements:

  1. Capacity: 100-150TPH
  2. Raw materials: 400-450mm, mountain stone
  3. Finished products: 0-30mm (0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-30mm)
  4. Basic requirements: fixed production line, the shape of gravel and sand needs to be very good

Recommended configuration:

  1. GZD850x3000 vibrating feeder (grate type): By using a feeder with screening function, smaller rocks can be initially screened out, reducing the throughput and crushing volume of the first jaw crusher, thereby enhancing production efficiency. Materials larger than the set grate size enter the PE600*900 jaw crusher for initial crushing.
  2. PE600*900 jaw crusher: The best feed size is 480mm, which can initially crush the raw material to less than 65mm. The customer’s raw material is mountain stone (high hardness), which can be easily crushed by jaw crusher and reduce production costs. Because the finished product size required by the customer is 0-30mm, the size larger than the required size will enter the PEX jaw crusher for secondary crushing.
  3. PEX 250*1000 jaw crusher: The use of PEX series jaw crushers is cost-effective, can achieve high production capacity and reduce investment costs. And gravel below 210mm can be crushed by PEX 250*1000 jaw crusher to obtain the final size of gravel below 40mm. Because the customer’s required production capacity is 100TPH, two units are required.
  4. VSI7611 sand making machine: This is the key to meeting customer requirements and the key to changing the shape of the stone. Because the customer requires that at least 30% of the finished product is 0-5mm sand, and there is a demand for the shape of the stone. Equipped with VSI7611 sand making machine, this equipment is based on the advanced vertical shaft crusher technology of Metso Company in Europe, Barmac sand making machine, but it is 3 times cheaper than the European price, and it is already a very mature equipment and technology in China. We have more than 20 units in stock.
  5. 4YZS2160 vibrating screen: The customer’s demand is to screen out smaller-sized final products and 4 screening sizes are required, so a 4-layer vibrating screen is equipped to screen out 4 specifications of gravel. Gravel larger than 30mm is transported to the VSI crusher through a conveyor belt for secondary crushing.

Customer Feedback:

Because this project is my own investment, my project is specially used for highway projects. If the shape of the stone is not good, then my investment will fail. What I care most about is the effect of stone and sand. Before, I had never tried to buy equipment worth hundreds of thousands of dollars from abroad. This was a very risky attempt, but I succeeded. The quality of WELLINE’s equipment is really good.

In Vietnam, I know that China has some very top brands, such as: Xugong, Sany, Shibang. But their crushers are really too expensive. Although they have an office in Hanoi, the price is almost twice that of WELLINE. I need to find a Chinese factory with a moderate price and stable quality to cooperate with.

Because of physical problems, I don’t want to fly to China, it’s very troublesome, and I need to find a Chinese translator, so I look for a suitable Chinese manufacturer in Vietnam, a manufacturer with an office in Vietnam.

Fortunately, one day, I saw the advertisement of WELLINE, and after communicating with the sales manager of WELLINE, all my concerns were dispelled.

At the beginning, I contacted A Mai, the person in charge of WELLINE’s Hanoi office, a very straightforward girl, very professional. She said that if I needed to visit the factory, she could accompany me. This is great. A Chinese factory has an office in Vietnam and Vietnamese employees, which means that their company is very familiar with Vietnam and can solve my problems at any time. This is definitely not a small factory. At the same time, WELLINE’s price is great.

But I was still worried about whether the shape of the sand could meet the standard. After communication, A Mai and I had a video conference with the Chinese factory. There is a production line near the Chinese factory that uses WELLINE’s VSI crusher to produce sand, which is also used on highways. Through the video conference, I saw the shape and size of the sand displayed by WELLINE, which was very good. I sent the pictures and videos to the concrete mixing station, and the other party replied that there was no problem and it was OK.

But I was still worried about the payment, because in Vietnam, we only paid the balance after the equipment was transported to the quarry and the test machine was successfully completed. But in international trade, 100% payment is required before China can ship the goods. I was worried that the equipment I bought would have problems. After all, even Mercedes-Benz and BMW cars will have problems. So through WELLINE’s introduction, I found A Yue from Hoa Phat Group, who is an experienced sales manager working for Hoa Phat Group. Hoa Phat Group has cooperated with WELLINE many times and is responsible for selling VSI sand making machines in the Vietnamese market. The Vietnamese know that Hoa Phat is a big company and they know how to deal with Chinese factories. In the end, I paid some more commissions, and Hoa Phat Group helped me purchase equipment from China and install it in my quarry.

The whole project was built quickly and put into production stably. There have been no problems since it was installed in 2019. The equipment runs very smoothly and has become a benchmark project here. The product quality of WELLINE MACHINERY is really good. Trustworthy!
