First Stone crusher project
Since the introduction of its first crusher production line with a capacity of 50 tons per hour to the Indonesian market in 2014, WELLINE Machinery has established a close partnership with Indonesia.
This production line, located on the island of West Sumatra, continues to operate stably to this day. Clients use this line for the crushing of copper ore.
Since 2014, we have participated in the Indonesia International Construction Equipment Exhibition several times, conducting direct discussions with Indonesian clients to provide better services.
Our New Projects in 2025
Case 1: Stone Crushing Production Line with a Production Capacity of 160 Tons per Hour.
This production line consists of seven jaw crushers: one 750×1060 jaw crusher for primary crushing, four 250×1200 jaw crushers for secondary crushing, and two 150×750 jaw crushers for tertiary crushing. Additionally, this production line is equipped with a vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, electronic control panel, and other components.
In September 2025, our technical team completed the installation in Indonesia, with the equipment operating stably.
Before shipping the equipment, we will coordinate with you via video calls, photos, and other methods. Once you confirm that the equipment meets your requirements, you will make the final payment. This ensures the quality of the equipment.
Of course, we also invite you to inspect the equipment at our factory. We provide free airport shuttle service and hotel reservations.
We will send installation technicians to your stone quarry for installation and testing. You are required to prepare the concrete support structure in advance and ensure the availability of excavators, cranes, and the necessary labor (all drawings and installation plans are provided free of charge, supervised by After-Sales Service Manager Eric and Technical Manager Lucas).
Case 2: Crushed stone production line with a capacity of 120 tons per hour.
This production line also consists of seven jaw crushers: one primary crusher with specifications of 600×900, four secondary crushers with specifications of 250×1200, and two tertiary crushers with specifications of 150×750. In addition, this line is equipped with a vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, electronic control panel, and other supporting components.
